Jilin Miracle Equipment Manufacturing Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Miracle Equipment) is located in Baicheng city of Jilin province which is in the hinterland of Horqin grassland of Song-Nen Plain. It was founded in July, 2007. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary set by Miracle Automation Engineering Co., Ltd in Baicheng. (In the meantime, Miracle equipment and backbones from the original Tongye Co., Ltd. jointly established subsidiary—Baicheng Miracle Equipment Machinery Co,. Ltd)  In 2007, the government of Baicheng city introduced Miracle Automation Engineering Co., Ltd into Baicheng through attracting investment and took part in merge and re-organization for Baicheng Tongye (founded in 1960) The registered capital is RMB 47,000,000 and covering an area of 123,000 square meters. There are 288 staffs, including 48 professional technical staffs, three of them are national and provincial-level experts, 1 gained international welding engineer qualification, 5 persons with international welding skilled technician qualification, and 2 have international welding senior inspector qualification, 11 persons have international welder qualification. 

Our main products: wind power equipment products, pressure vessel product etc. Its subsidiary--- Baicheng Miracle has the main products: logistics equipment products, electrical equipment products etc.

Our company has shortlisted in the national high-tech enterprise; AAA level credit enterprise; the growing small and medium enterprise of Jilin province. The technical department is awarded as“Jilin provincial technology R&D center”. Our company has passed authentication of ISO9001:2008 quality system and got authoritative European security CE certification, gained design and manufacture license for the D-level pressure vessel of Class 1 and 2, got the international highest grade  E-level authentication qualification of Germany DIN18800-7 (the qualification of steel structure production implementation and weld enterprise). It has been awarded as an enterprise with“the most competitive brand in electrical appliance industry of China”by the authority China electrical industry association. 20 techniques of the main electrical products gained the national patent, 18 products have been respectively awarded as state level, ministry level and provincial excellent product prize and technology advancement prize.  Automobile logistic products have 46 national patent prize.

Our headquarter is in the famous city of Wuxi in Jiangsu, established in 1984. In 1997, built miracle joint stock company in 1997, listed in Shenzhen Stock market in 2004, the stock exchange code: Shen stock 002009. The predecessor of Baicheng Miracle is Baicheng Tongye which came into wind power market in 2004. In 2010, the factory moved into industrial park. To promote the whole working ability for wind power equipment product, the company established long strategic cooperative partnership with Jilin Tianhe Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. and founded Taonan branch. In Nov.2012, established long strategic cooperative partnership with Jiangsu Zhongzhou Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. and founded Nantong Branch. The above mentioned two companies are professional manufactured wind power equipment enterprise. Through integration，the company has owned strong processing capability, technical development ability, advanced computer software system and high-quality technical talents. The company has kinds of over 60 large and mid equipment (rolling machine, NC cutting machine, pressing machine, crane ect.) We own professional persons of 266. Among them, engineering technical staffs are 79, welders holding certificate of 170, NDT personnel of 17. It will meet the requirements of wind power equipment clients, and provide perfect and feasible after sales service. Our wind power company has provided products for over 20 wind field home and abroad. As 2.0MW wind tower frame calculated, the annual production capacity can reach 500 sets. At present, we are the only manufacturer for processing 5.5-6MW.

Its subsidiary Baicheng Miracle absorbed advanced technology from Europe and United state and other developed countries and developed complete set of electrical equipment such as CCV line series equipment which can take place of imported product. After many years of renewal and innovation, formed series of high-tech cable equipment products such as drawing, stranding, cabling, extruding and shielding and armouring machine and digital control for the whole line. The company has provided over 300 production line for over 100 cable factories all over the country which occupies 70% market share in China and forms the famous brand of “Baicheng Electric engineering”. The company is the first manufacturer for triple layer extrusion dry crosslinking CCV line, the triple extrusion rubber line and the unique manufacturer to produce 220KV vertical CCV line.
