On Feb,2009, our company signatured the contract of 0+3silane crosslinking line that will export to Brazil.
On Mar,16,customers of Danyang xin jincang trade co.,ltd. and Brazil came to our company and inspected the perform status of contract.Firstly,inspected the manufacturing ability. secondly, evaluated key technology of product and design ability.
The main design employees participating this contract gradually explained the relevant question that customer put forward:
1、conductor section is Cu core upto 630mm2 ,Al core upto 800 mm2 which produced by the production line, max voltage 35KV. The product produced by the production line similar as horizontal type dry CCV Line, therefore can save investment of workshop and equipment.
2、adopt triple extrusion technology, can get the smooth interface between insulation layer and inner-outer semiconductive layer, ensure to have uniform electric field when running power cable.
3、equipped the catenary controller, ensure power cable don`t contact riding wheel and center of circle degree when cooling the power cable in 24m length hot water tank.
Brazil customer adequately confirmed the control measures of our company by 2 days field survey.Meanwhile, expressed the cooperation with us begin to start, the more significance is that establish the strategic partnership in the future.
