Egyptian Chinese Company for Ultra High Voltage Networks S.A.E.(ECC) locate in Cairo, Egypt, we designed, manufactured intelligent type horizontal 110KV ultra high voltage triple layer extrusion dry crosslinking cable production line for ECC, this line with 15 China national patent and filling domestic gap.
The final commissioning did on 12th,Oct,2012 by customer`s requirement, Baicheng Miracle dispatched mechanical engineer and electrical engineer Wang Hongtao, Li Lianghe, Xu Jing. CCV installation influenced by Egypt domestic tense condition during installing, commissioning CCV line. But engineers didn`t afraid hardship, overcame several difficulties, successfully completed installation and commissioning CCV line on 18th,Oct,2012. Do CCV line acceptance after completing installation and commissioning according to stipulation of contract.

      Baicheng Miracle mechanical engineer and electrical engineer did CCV line acceptance under ECC mechanical engineer and electrical engineer assistance on 19th,Oct,2012, according to stipulation of cable specification in CCV line acceptance clause(in the following table).

       Completed to manufacture the stipulated producing length in approximate 30 hours. Baicheng Miracle mechanical engineer and electrical engineer and ECC mechanical engineer and electrical engineer did acceptance work, finally affirmed that power cable manufactured by CCV line meet requirement of contract and relevant clause in GB/T12706-2002 standard during strictly inspect and check. Both parties signed CCV Line Acceptance Certificate after passing acceptance.

        The intelligent type horizontal 110KV ultra high voltage triple layer extrusion dry crosslinking cable production line successfully accepted, designate Baicheng Miracle CCV line with the advantage of developed technology, high intelligent level, good stability, high producing frequency, save producing cost etc. Each technical performance index reach the developed level of international same type product, meet requirement of domestic and international market.
